The price we pay for the judgment is based on the amount, who owes the money (their net worth), the interest rate on the judgment, the age of the judgment and overall, what we feel is a fair price.

We do not buy Child Support or Spousal Support judgments.

We will consider purchasing the following judgments.

• Small claims court judgments above $1,000.00.
• Superior court judgments up to $1,000,000.00.
